Key Takeaways

Lady Gaga will reboot her “Jazz + Piano” residency at the Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas. The superstar announced on Monday morning, July 31, that she will return for 12 more dates this fall.

Those dates are August 31, September 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 28, and 30, and October 1, 4, and 5.

Gaga launched “Jazz + Piano” in January 2019, marking her first performances in Las Vegas. The show interspersed stripped-down versions of some of her pop hits (“Poker Face,” “Born This Way,” and “Paparazzi”) with her favorite torch songs from the Great American songbook (“The Lady Is a Tramp,” “Cheek to Cheek,” and “Love for Sale.”)

Featuring an orchestra consisting of members of Santa Fe the Fat City Horns, “Jazz + Piano” is where Tony Bennett made his final Las Vegas appearance in June 2019.

“I will miss my friend forever,” Gaga posted on Instagram on Sunday. “I will miss singing with him, recording with him, talking with him, being on stage together.”

“Jazz + Piano” alternated at the Dolby Live with Gaga’s “Enigma” residency, a more elaborate production spotlighting her dance hits. The two residencies ran concurrently until May 2022.

There is no word whether “Enigma” will return, though it does not appear likely. Gaga hasn t performed that show since December 2019, though she brought “Jazz + Piano” back in 2021 and 2022.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. PT Friday, August 4, at ticketmaster.com. To sign up for a presale, visit vegas.ladygaga.com.

Suboptimal tickets for opening night are somehow already available at the resale marketplace Stubhub.com for $360 to $540 per seat.

Jonas Bros. Add Second Las Vegas Show

The Jonas Brothers have added a second Las Vegas date at MGM Grand Garden to their upcoming “The Tour” tour. Tickets for their October 27 appearance go on sale to the public on Friday, August 4 through AXS.com after a Verified Fan presale.

The brothers were already slated to play the 17K-capacity arena on Friday, September 8. The tour, which will spotlight the group s five albums of original material, kicks off with two sold-out nights at Yankee Stadium on August 12 and 13.
